History

For over 40 years, Packsize International LLC has engineered, manufactured, and marketed corrugated converting equipment and corrugated board.

Heritage in Engineering and Manufacturing:

In 1982, the first corrugated factory was built in Sweden. Far ahead of its time, the technology was developed in the absence of advanced computer systems. During the 1990s, the first flexible and fully robotic corrugated converting machines were developed and deployed.

On Demand Packaging™:

In 2002, Packsize introduced a new business model which was trademarked as Right-Sized Packaging on Demand®. For the first time in history, customers could make their own boxes without the need to invest precious capital into equipment, maintenance and programming.

On Demand Packaging™:

Today, the Packsize business model is emerging as a new industry: the On Demand Packaging™ industry. This industry is an alternative to the existing corrugated supply chain and eliminates the need for large inventories of pre-ordered cardboard boxes, reducing the packaging “footprint,” and trimming the work content required for boxing and shipping.
