Hanko Kiessner

Hanko Kiessner | CEO

Hanko Kiessner is Chief Executive Officer of Packsize International, a Salt Lake City- based company he founded in 2002. Kiessner, whose family owned and managed corrugated cardboard and printing businesses in Germany, introduced a new business model for a lean packaging system in the United States. Under the new model — On Demand Packaging™ — Packsize enables end users of corrugated boxes to make their own corrugated packaging at the right moment in the right quantity and in the right design, significantly reducing supply chain waste. Today, Packsize has operations in the U.S., Sweden, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Consistent with lean manufacturing principles, Kiessner puts serious emphasis on sustainability and the environment. He is a strong advocate for the reduction, re-use, and recycling of packaging materials and places great importance on building sustainability into every aspect of the company’s operations.

Kiessner received a master’s degree from the University of Utah. Ernst & Young recognized Kiessner with its "Entrepreneur of the Year 2008" recognition in the category Manufacturing and Distribution for the Utah region.

Niklas Pettersson

Niklas Pettersson | CTO

Niklas Pettersson is Chief Technology Officer for Packsize International, where he directs product development for the company’s global operation, with the main development team located in Sweden.

As co-founder of Packsize, it was Pettersson’s focus on engineering and manufacturing corrugated converting machines in Sweden since the mid-1990s that established the robotic automation necessary for bringing about the On Demand Packaging™ model. He began his career in the packaging industry as a project leader with Agenzia International AB where the first attempts to provide a complete corregated-based packaging solutions were undertaken. The Swedish company Emsize AB was founded in 1997 to focus on this kind of technology. Pettersson was managing director of this operation until 2007 when he moved to the Packsize headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Pettersson holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University of Technology, Sweden, and Technische Hochschule Darmstadt, Germany.

Bradley Wittwer

Bradley Wittwer | CFO

Bradley Wittwer is the global Chief Financial Officer of Packsize International. Wittwer is responsible for the North American and European financial management of this privately held company. His expertise includes financial and operations management, process improvement, leadership development, and strategic planning, as well as board and customer relations.

Over the past 25 years, Wittwer has served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for companies and divisions with annual sales up to a half billion dollars. Wittwer was instrumental in guiding companies he led through periods of very high growth. He specializes in finance and accounting for companies in the manufacturing, health care, and benefits administration industries.

Wittwer received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Brigham Young University.

Brandon Bingham

Brandon Bingham | VP of Global Operations

Brandon Bingham is the Vice President of Global Operations for Packsize International. In this capacity, Bingham manages the company's manufacturing facilities, installation operations, engineering and customer service offices, lean manufacturing implementations, and corrugated paper production facilities, as well as all other global logistics.

Bingham's plant operation, production, and engineering experience over the past 10 years has resulted in increased gross margins, improved production times, and reduced labor costs. Certified in lean manufacturing, Bingham has consistently employed lean concepts and practices in each of his former positions.

Bingham is a graduate of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and holds a master's degree from the University of Phoenix.

Steve Saunders

Steve Saunders | VP of Business Development and Sales

Steve Saunders is the Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Packsize International. His role encompasses a broad range of activities aimed at attracting new customers, building alliances, and garnering strategic partnerships for Packsize. He also executes global sales strategies and manages the North America sales team.

Saunders is a proven senior executive who has driven record sales growth, built revenue-producing sales teams, and successfully opened new international markets. He brings more than 25 years of business development and sales management experience and has worked with technology companies Altiris, FreeMarkets, Novell, and WordPerfect.

During his career, Saunders spent more than two decades living and working in Europe. Saunders received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Horst Reinkensmeyer

Horst Reinkensmeyer | General Manager, Packsize GmbH

A member of the Packsize executive team and General Manager for Packsize International, Horst Reinkensmeyer oversees the company’s On Demand Packaging™ business in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland. Reinkensmeyer also manages the company’s European corrugated supply chain.

Before joining Packsize in 2002, Reinkensmeyer gained extensive professional and educational experience in managing and developing cabinet and furniture technology. He has supervised hundreds of employees in multiple plants that were members of Europe’s largest kitchen groups.

Reinkensmeyer studied woodworking technology in Northern Germany and holds a wood technology engineer degree from the University of Hildesheim.

Brandon Brooks

Brandon Brooks | VP of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing at Packsize International, Brandon Brooks employs a unique combination of creativity, entrepreneurial resourcefulness, and large company experience to deliver on Packsize’s global leadership in On Demand Packaging™.

Prior to joining Packsize, Brooks led consulting engagements at large media, wireless, and telecom organizations. His expertise is in building brand identity and managing successful marketing and sales programs that exceed sales targets.

Brooks holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Cari Brinkerhoff

Cari Brinkerhoff | Executive Assistant / Facilitator

Experienced in all aspects of corporate management and organization, Cari Brinkerhoff is responsible for all office operations and procedures for Packsize International. The Executive Assistant to CEO Hanko Kiessner and CFO Bradley Wittwer, Brinkerhoff also holds a seat on the company’s executive team and coordinates with Packsize’s worldwide operations.

Prior to joining Packsize, Brinkerhoff exhibited years of excellent client service skills for former employers NAI Utah and Utah Paper Box Company.

Brinkerhoff received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
