Overview
The Packsize Auto Gluer II is the perfect complement to the EM6 or EM7 packaging machines and allows the operator to quickly glue either RSC or FOL boxes. The Auto Gluer II is almost completely automated and can be placed directly next to the packaging machine for increased efficiency and ease of use.
The average takt time for gluing a box is less than 5 seconds making the Auto Gluer II a key component of a Lean compliant packaging supply chain. The gluer comes with a Nordson melter, which evenly melts IFS adhesive giving each box a sturdy and smooth glue joint.
