We are an Employer of the Future!

The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitisation (DIND) honors companies that demonstrate sustainability and quality as employers, as well as acting innovatively, modernly and digitally. We are pleased to be among this year’s honorees.

The DIND works with experts from business, science and politics and tests companies on important criteria such as:

• Innovative strength
• Status of digital transformation 
• Employee friendliness (e.g., flexible compensation models, benefits)
• Modern leadership (e.g. flat hierarchies)
• Strategies for recruiting

Those who, in the view of the expert panel, continuously demonstrate their future viability in these areas are awarded the “Employer of the Future” seal. The award was presented in Cologne on September 13, 2022 by Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics, to Yvonne Breder (Director Human Resources Europe) on behalf of Packsize GmbH.
